Full Moon Release
- Write down on a slip of paper what no longer serves you, what you want to release.
- That could be, people, habits, situations, emotions, relationships, illness, pain… whatever you do not want anymore.
- Go outside under the fill moon and set light to the paper, release all that no longer is for your benefit and watch as the flames take them away…
- Give thanks to the moon and the universe for their help.
